Shipping

Complimentary shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders are packed in small batches and usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery across India typically takes 4 to 7 working days.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Write to us as soon as possible through our Contact page and include your order number.

• If your order has not been dispatched, we'll cancel it for you.
• If you paid online, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method. It usually reaches you within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
• If you chose cash on delivery, there is nothing to refund, as no payment has been taken.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Because our products are food items, we can't accept returns once a pack is opened. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
